"TORC PAC" – Clutch & Brake Unit

C.V.C. offers a complete “Torc  Pac 40 Unit” exchange and replacement program in order to keep your presses fully operational.

We have devised three standard clutch maintenance programs to forestall your Torc Pac equipped presses from any lengthy shutdown.

They are:

• “PMP”: a complete Preventive Maintenance Program
• “R & R”: this is a full Repair and Return arrangement
• “Exchange Program “:  with this arrangement, C.V.C. maintains ‘in stock’ a few  complete Torc Pac 40 Units (flat and “V” belt flywheels) and one Torc Pac 90 Unit. These units have been complete rebuilt and can be delivered to you as immediate replacement units. Once C.V.C. receives your defective unit, a replacement ‘as new’ rebuilt unit will be shipped to you within hours thereby avoiding any expensive press downtime.

The defective or worn unit will be completely dismantled and inspected. All worn and defective parts will be replaced.

At the end of the reconditioning, we will fill a test report describing the requirements to return the defective clutch to operating condition.
